
You can prevent the curling by doing four different things:
1. You can crochet a border around it.
2. You can do the garter stitch at the beginning and end of the item (top and bottom of item). Garter stitch means one row of the basic e-wrap knit stitch and one row of the purl stitch, repeat twice.
3. You can alternate the following stitches at the beginning and end
of each row.
Row A: Purl 4 first stitches, and last 4 stitches.
Row B: Knit all the way through. Alternate between Row A and Row B to prevent curling on the sides.
